A scanner converts all documents and in particular Proof of Delivery documents (POD) into an electronic format. A database stores these images automatically against the relevant transaction record for easy retrieval, whilst using the latest algorithms to minimise disc storage space.

Stored documents, including electronic PODs can be available for customers to view themselves via the integrated web portal, thereby reducing time to respond to customer queries and improving customer service at the same time. All stored documents are easily retrieved as they are linked to the relevant record in the software and can be viewed via the click of a button.

The Document Imaging Module captures the scanned data and integrates it directly into the system. Once the image is stored  it automatically flows through the system, following your business processes, updating all relevant modules including transport operations and accounts.
