by order number, supplier, and the person holding the invoices or

General Ledger
Transactions from Sales and Purchase are posted to the General
Ledger accounts with automatic double entry bookkeeping. The
financial reporting is extensive and is easily enhanced to meet any
requirement you have.
- Consolidate P&L's for each depot or warehouse into one
P&L for the whole company
- Run a large variety of inquiries and reports to provide you
with important information on all areas of your business

Financial Reporting
The Accounts module will produce all the necessary
financial reports, such as daybooks, trial balance and ledger
printed reports. The data produced easily integrates with Excel
providing access to a full range of analytical and presentation
tools.
Asset Register
Designed specifically for the transport industry, the Asset
Register produces a very comprehensive list of reports that allows
you to analyse any aspect of the company assets.
Reports include: register listing by vehicle, make, model,
location, type of vehicle, monthly depreciation, prepayment
calculations and postings, additions and disposals, listings of
register items reaching a written down value of zero, registrations
for renewal and depreciation forecasting.
Vehicle Profitability
The Transport Management Solution will collect revenue
information from the transport operation, as the work is being
done, from the workshop and the creditor's ledger to give you
profitability by vehicle - per kilometer and per hour.
