Professional training facilities with specially developed courseware and visual aids. Each student has a fully functioning Sapphire system and test data to practice on. Course content is optimised for key functions embedded with a best practice approach.

Scheduled classroom courses are designed for new and existing users alike.

Internet Based Training

Training via the Internet is a highly effective, low cost and provided at a time that suits you. This training is suitable for individual or groups and can include employees at different locations. The course content can be tailored to your needs or can be from TransLogix's own scheduled training programmes.

Sessions are optimised to two hours and broad topics can be split across multiple sessions. Attendees talk with the Trainer via telephone conference call while viewing and using the training material interactively over the Internet on their PC.

Topic notes can be delivered as soft copies to each person attending.

On the Job Training

On the Job Training is an onsite program tailored to your business processes with low impact on daily operations while personalised to individual employee needs. Training is provided to each individual at their workplace based on the function they perform. This can span multiple topics depending on the time available and the number of employees involved.

An initial briefing to discuss your business processes, employee skills and functions is undertaken to structure the training program and material. Training can be based on your test system to teach new tasks without impact on live data.

Customised Onsite Training

Customised Onsite Training is a fast start skills program tailored to your business processes with onsite training to maximise the available learning time and minimise staff disruption and travel. A full day of onsite training sessions is delivered in a classroom format comprising topics for your specific needs.

An initial briefing to discuss your business processes, employee skills and functions is undertaken to structure the training program and material. Training can be based on your test system to teach new tasks without impact on live data, or Translogix can provide laptops with access to our test systems.
