Training Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions for Scheduled Classroom Training

General

  • One booking form per delegate.
  • All written notice and communications are to be sent to training@translogix.com.au
  • Course bookings are made on a per seat basis. Seats in each session are limited and are allocated on a first paid first in basis.
  • The delegate name provided at the time of booking are for our own administrative use only. Clients may substitute a delegate and requires 48 hours or more written notice prior to the commencement of a course.
  • Course fees are non transferable for any other type of service or software.
  • TransLogix reserves the right to change course fees, dates, content, speakers or method of presentation at its discretion.
  • All these terms and conditions are in conjunction with TransLogix's standard Terms and Conditions.

Invoicing and Payment

  • Course fees are due within 30 days of course booking, or as stated on the invoice but no later than the commencement of a course.
  • If payment of a course fee has not been received within the stated period, an enrolment may be cancelled. An enrolled delegate will always be notified prior to this occurring.
  • TransLogix reserves the right to require payment at time of booking by credit card and these payment details may be requested by phone or fax.
  • Cancellations and transfers are subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
  • All bookings are deemed to have been placed by an appropriate approved representative of the company.
  • If a course is overbooked, delegates who have paid prior to the course commencement will be given priority.

Transfers

  • Transfers to another course will only be accepted in writing.
  • Transfers to another course are available if written notice is received 14 or more working days prior to the original course commencement. After this time transfer is not available.
  • Transfers are not available with less than 14 days notification prior to the commencement of a course however delegate name substitution is available.
  • Transfers are not available after the commencement of a course.
  • Delegates may only transfer their course once under these terms and subsequent course transfers will be treated as cancellations.

Cancellation

  • Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.
  • If a cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to the commencement of a course, no refund is applicable.
  • If a cancellation is received 14 or more days before course commencement a full refund will be made. As an alternative to cancellation, delegate name substitution or transfer is acceptable, but the delegate name substitution or transfer must be made at the same time.
  • If no notification is received and there is non attendance at the course, no refund will be made.

Non Attendance

  • If a delegate fails to attend a course, course fees will not be refunded nor allocated to another course.
