Application Support Consultant

We require a talented customer service person to provide help desk support to our expanding customer base.   As a key member of this progressive company, you will initially focus on fielding customer queries, ranging from helping clients increase their knowledge and gain greater value to problem solving skills.  

The ideal candidate will be someone who has:

• Strong technical skills
• An ability to learn applications quickly
• A great work ethic and is highly motivated
• A keen problem solving mind
• Takes ownership of issues through to resolution
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
• Ability to multi-task
• Professional, polished attitude & willing to take the initiative
