As a young boy, Sean Carren prized the gold star stickers he was given for doing good work - and 10 years after establishing Goldstar Transport, he's still at it.

Five years ago, so few had heard of Goldstar Transport that even its own drivers would pass each other in their plain white trucks, completely unaware they both worked for the same company.

Managing Director Sean Carren flew under everyone's radar during the first years of operation - and he says it was crucial to the company's establishment.

Starting out with a single truck and $2,000 limit on the company credit card, Goldstar is now a multi-million dollar operation with 60 vehicles and 65 drivers.
