Big Chill Distribution Chooses TransLogix

Leading Australian transport and logistics solutions provider
TransLogix has announced today Big Chill Distribution, a specialist
express delivery of chilled and frozen product throughout New
Zealand, has chosen the TransLogix Sapphire Transport Management
Suite to provide a totally integrated logistics system to manage
its freight management operations in real time.
Big Chill Distribution operates a fleet of 60 (line haul and metro)
refrigerated trucks and specialise in express delivery of cartons
or pallets throughout New Zealand of either chilled or frozen
consignments. From the main centres (and most other areas) they are
able to offer next day delivery service. With the long
established relationships with other freight companies Big Chill
Distribution ensures deliveries can be made even if their own truck
does not go there.
